The whole process starts with a Strategic Planning Day so we can get a sense of your business, identify opportunities, and then make a plan to take advantage of them. We then move to a one-on-one coaching model where we meet monthly and help put that plan in place.
What is involved?
Who?
You’ll be dealing with a partner, senior accountant or business advisor. Sometimes it might be a mix of them and sometimes you might be dealing with a specialist member of our team.
How?
The first step is always the Strategic Planning Day. From there you’ll be given three options for our engagement on how to proceed if there is a good fit between us. Our agreements are fixed price, month-to-month with no lock ins or minimum periods.
Where?
We work with businesses locally, across Tasmania and interstate. We meet face-to-face, via video call and sometimes we’ll visit your premises for the work we do, or we might hire a venue if we’re engaging with your team.
When?
The best time to plant an apple tree was 30 years ago. The second best time is now.
